COVID-19 Update

Please note Australia Post and most couriers are experiencing shipping delays. Please select Express shipping for urgent orders.

Free postage on all Australian orders over $150.

Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $12.95 per order for Australia-wide shipping.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT and Couriers Please, with estimated delivery time of 3 – 7 business days for most metro areas.  For WA, NT, and some regional areas, please allow an additional 2 – 7 business days for delivery.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $25.00. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days for metro and 3 – 5 days for regional.  There is no free shipping for Express Orders.

Orders, including express orders, are generally dispatched on the business day following the day your order was placed.

Please note delivery times indicated above are estimates only and while every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery is subject to availability and we will offer a full refund or store credit for any item unexpectedly delayed or unavailable.

Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For international orders, please contact us for further details. Please note you will be responsible for any local customs and import taxes that may apply in your country.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we offer a refund for any full priced item returned to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To request a refund, make sure you contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.  We will then provide you with an address to return your order. Any returned item must be in its original condition; unused, unwashed, and still in the original packaging and with original tags still attached.

Under the Health Act and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept pillows, pillow protectors, duvets/quilts, mattress toppers or mattress protectors once purchased, unless faulty and for warranty claims.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you use a tracking service and get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returned item is lost in transit.  For “change of mind” returns, shipping costs associated with the original order and return of the item will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

Faulty or incorrect items

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you discover your item to be faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately by email to enable us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement, compensation, or refund.  Please attach a photo to your email of any faulty or damaged item.

Please note, organic bamboo is a natural fabric and slight pilling may occur during initial use. This will be removed or reduced with washing and drying and is not considered a fault.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
